Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made within the 24 hours of your appointment; otherwise you will be responsible and charged for half of your scheduled service. If your appointment is for a touch up, an hour charge will be applied. Appointments missed with no call and no show will be subject to full charge of your scheduled service.
Late Policy: If you are running late to your appointment we will try and best accommodate You for the remaining time. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for the full length of the appointment you were originally scheduled out for. If you are running late and there isn’t enough time to still take you, this will be considered a same day cancellation and you will be responsible for the full service charge as per our cancellation policy
